Background & Training

I am licensed in esthetics and massage therapy. I completed my esthetics training in Tucson, Arizona, in 2003 and continued my education, graduating from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2004. After becoming nationally certified and licensed, I began my practice. I'm a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals and Associated Skin Care Professionals (ABMP & ASCP). I take pleasure in seeing all the wonderful health benefits that come from massage therapy and skin care.

I also specialize in geriatric and hospice massage, providing services at local retirement communities, in-home and within other skilled care facilities.

About Me

I'm originally from Minnesota and moved to Iowa around the age of nine. I love the Midwest! Just a small number of my hobbies: Spending time with my family, friends, my amazing husband Zachary and our beautiful daughter. Taking our adorable dog, Macy for long walks, trips to Tucson to visit my family, especially to see my two nieces! Scrap booking, reading, gardening, bird watching, decorating and enjoying our beautiful home.
