Deep Tissue

Deep tissue massage focuses on a specific problem area for therapeutic relief.

Hot Stone

Incorporates the use of polished, heated stones to ease muscle tissue into a relaxed state. Hot stone massage allows deep tissue work without excess pressure. We use an electric warmer to bring the stones to the perfect temperature.

Orthopedic

Integrates several techniques to release tight muscles, stretch shortened muscles and tendons, realign scar tissue and decompress joints. Treats a variety of conditions affecting the soft tissues and joints, such as adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder or hip), carpal tunnel syndrome, sports and overuse injuries.

Seated Chair

Five to twenty minutes of massage targeting an area of discomfort while you're seated in a specially designed chair or laying fully clothed on a table.

Swedish Relaxation

The perfect massage if you don't like or require heavy pressure. Your therapist uses gliding, kneading, effleurage and petrissage techniques to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Sports/Neuromuscular

Concentrates on soft tissue aches, pain and injuries to reduce muscle stiffness, balance the central nervous system and enhance muscle and joint mobility.

CranioSacral Therapy

Your therapist's hands are used to lightly sense the ease of motion and rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid pulsing around the brain and spinal cord. Techniques are employed to release restrictions in tissues influencing the craniosacral system and normalize the environment around the brain and spinal cord. This enhances the body's ability to self-correct, alleviating a wide range of issues from chronic pain to migraines and headaches.

Migraine Miracle® Treatment

A natural and holistic treatment,  Migraine Miracle® uses cold stone therapy to relieve migraines and headaches of all kinds.

Reiki is a holistic, hands-on energy healing system that touches on body, mind and spirit. It involves the transfer of energy from practitioner to client to balance the natural life force energy within the body and enhance the body's ability to heal itself.

Thai Massage

Lovingly referred to as "lazy person's yoga," Thai massage uses sequences of stretches and yoga positions, combined with breathing and acupressure, to release muscles, relax the nervous system and open and balance the body. It's performed while you're lying on a mat on the floor. Non-restrictive clothing, such as workout wear, is best for this relaxing massage.

Expectant moms will benefit from our pregnancy massages, which help lower anxiety and decrease pain in the legs and lower back. You'll lie on a specially designed body cushion or on your side during the massage.
